Arts Academy of Hollywood

The recording studio on site at the Arts Academy is a full-service ProTools based project studio. With an ample live room for recording and a state-of-the-art control room, the studio is available for all types of recording projects from auditions and voice-overs to full band demo recordings. Offering low-cost studio time and an award-winning engineer/producer, the recording studio at the Arts Academy of Hollywood is the perfect location for those aspiring recording artists who don’t have “big studio” budgets.

Award-Winning Service:

Nick Deysher, president and founder of In The Nick of Time Music, offers his service as an engineer to all clients of the recording studio. This service, which is included in the price of each session, includes: setting up all equipment, running all recordings, burning sessions to CD or supplying DVD copies of audio files for mixing and mastering. In his 12 years of work as a studio engineer and record producer Nick Deysher has made recordings for everything from symphony orchestras and jazz big bands to rock groups, DJ’s and voice-over artists. The Emmy Academy, The John Lennon Song-Writing Contest and The University of Miami Alumni Association have all recognized his achievements in the field of media production. His work can be heard on the web, children’s radio, and in independent films.

Additional Services:

At the completion of a typical recording session, the client will receive a CD copy of their work. The recording will be roughly mixed and produced within the time limits of the session. For those clients who are searching for a more polished and professional sound, and for those projects that require additional production, mixing and mastering, Nick Deysher is happy to offer his services as a producer and mastering engineer. Trained by the University of Miami’s prestigious Media Writing and Production master’s program, Deysher can offer high-quality production at reasonable rates. The cost for each project many vary depending on the clients’ needs. All additional services will be negotiated with Nick Deysher and In The Nick of Time Music (his production company). A DVD copy of all session and audio files can be provided if a client wishes to mix and master on their own.
